Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has admitted he may have to pray for Arsenal to win the Premier League title but admitted Liverpool are the clear favourites to win the trophy.

Arsenal remain 25 games behind Liverpool with 13 games remaining and the former Gunners boss, now 75, believes it is unlikely the title will slip away from the Reds.

While the 75-year-old is hopeful that Arsenal can break their title drought this season, he admits it would require a Liverpool meltdown for the Gunners to have any hope. He even jokingly adding that he might need to “improve the quality of his praying”.

“Look, it’s simple: Liverpool have to แทงบอล UFABET ราคาดีที่สุด ไม่มีขั้นต่ำ lose a game now, but we’ve played 25 games and Liverpool have lost one, so they have to lose at least three of the next 13 games,” Wenger said.

“At the moment it looks unlikely that Liverpool will stumble unless they collapse badly, but they have only lost one game so far, so they are very much favourites.”

“Also, Arsenal have to be absolutely perfect. I pray that way, but I have to improve the quality of my prayers.”

Next up for both teams is Arsenal at home to West Ham on Saturday, February 22, while Liverpool travel to Man City on Sunday, February 23.
