Ingredients Kiwi Tart Base
- Oats (gluten-free) 160 g
- 40 grams raw almonds
- 60 grams of brown sugar
- Coconut oil 40 ml.

- Fresh milk 250 ml.
- 3 egg yolks

How to make Kiwi Tart?
1. Make the tart base by blending all ingredients together until smooth. Line a 9-inch round tart pan with a rim and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
2. Make the custard mixture by placing a pan over medium-low heat. Add the milk and simmer until hot. Turn off the heat.
3. Mix egg yolks, sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Mix well. Pour in milk mixture and mix until combined. Pour into a pan. Add cornstarch mixed with water and mix until thick. Turn off the heat. When cool, add grated orange peel and mix until combined. Pour into the cooled tart base. Smooth the top. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. When the time is up, take it out and decorate with kiwi. Refrigerate for another 3-4 hours.
